Aeolian Islands, Sicily, Italy
17–23 May 2026
An initiation into presence
The Mediterranean remembers.
Before routes, before borders, before names — it was already a passage.
A sea crossed by seekers, exiles, mystics, traders, warriors, lovers.
A sea where fire rises from the depths and meets the sky.
This journey begins there.

The call
There are moments when life asks you to slow down.
Not to stop — but to realign.
This retreat is not an escape.
It is a return.
A return to the body.
To perception.
To a deeper listening.
The sea becomes the teacher.
The boat becomes the threshold.
The group becomes the field.

The islands
The Aeolian Islands are born of fire.
Volcanic, unstable, alive.
Here, the ground breathes.
The horizon opens.
Time loosens its grip.
Each island holds a different quality — grounding, purification, clarity, silence.
We do not visit them.
We enter into relationship with them.

In ancient mythology, the Aeolian Islands were the realm of Aeolus, keeper of the winds, and a crucial threshold in the journey of Odysseus. Here, navigation was never only technical — it was initiatory. To sail these waters meant learning to orient not by certainty, but by relationship with the winds, the currents, and the unknown. Odysseus did not cross the sea through control, but through attunement, error, loss, and remembrance. This kind of oceanic initiation — learning to listen, to wait, to adjust course rather than force direction — speaks directly to our contemporary condition. In a world saturated with information yet deprived of orientation, the sea restores a deeper compass: the capacity to navigate complexity without losing oneself.
The vessel
A boat is a living structure.
It moves. It responds. It demands presence.
On board, there is no separation between inner and outer:
- wind becomes sensation
- navigation becomes attention
- rhythm becomes medicine
Life simplifies.
What is unnecessary falls away.
What remains is what matters.

The work
There is no method to follow.
There is a process to enter.
Through:
- embodied awareness
- subtle movement
- breath and stillness
- shared presence
- moments of ritual and silence
The work unfolds organically, guided by:
- the sea
- the group field
- the intelligence of the moment
Nothing is imposed.
Everything is invited.
Initiation
Initiation is not something given.
It is something remembered.
It happens when:
- the mind quiets
- the body softens
- perception widens
Sometimes gently.
Sometimes unexpectedly.
Always precisely.

Who this is for
This journey is for those who:
- feel the call of the sea beyond the image
- seek depth without ideology
- are ready to be moved rather than to control
- sense that awakening is lived, not achieved
No belief is required.
Only presence.

What remains
You may not leave with answers.
You may leave with alignment.
A clearer inner axis.
A quieter nervous system.
A renewed intimacy with life.
And the sea — still moving inside you.

The Ocean Initiation is not a reenactment of the past.
It is a living passage.A journey where:
- the body is the primary instrument
- the group becomes a temporary tribe
- the boat becomes a moving threshold
- the sea becomes an active participant
Nothing is imposed.
Nothing is symbolic “for show”.Initiation here happens through:
- rhythm
- exposure
- presence
- relationship with the elements
It unfolds differently for each participant, yet within a shared field.
